Shipping Options

Standard Shipping

• Delivery time: 1-3 business days
• Cost: Shipping rates calculated on checkout and it depends on your address location and payment option.
  
• Inspection Policy: Please be advised that packages can be opened or inspected prior to the formal acceptance of delivery.

• An email will be sent with all the shipment details, including a link to track your package on Bosta who will also send you confirmation messages on Whatsapp.

Refunds & Exchanges

We do accept returns and exchanges requests through https://returns.e-stebdal.com/returns?shop=gonative-eg.myshopify.com or through our stores, however, the returned items must comply with our return policy:

1. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all the tags attached.
   
2. Returns are not applicable on items that were on sale at the time of purchase.
3. Returns do not apply to swimwear, accessories, beauty products, and candles.
4. Returns must be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery.
5. The initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
   
7. For both exchanges and refunds, the returning items have to reach our warehouse to complete their quality check and only then the exchange or refund will be processed.

Please note that any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

Washing Instructions

• In order to get best wash results, we recommend turning your shirts inside out before you wash.
• Wash using cold water.
• Use gentle wash soap.
• Wash on the most gentle setting, also washing the least amount of time.

**IMPORTANT: DO NOT ADD BLEACH !!

Drying & Ironing

• For best Drying results, we recommend to air dry.
• Do not dry in direct sunlight to prevent fading.
• Drying your T-Shirt with NO heat will provide the most longevity to your garment.
• When ironing your T-shirt make sure it is reversed inside out.
  
• To prevent damage, always match your iron's heat setting to the specific fabric, whether it is cotton, linen, or polyester
